.....hence, once the 'crowd control' was effected, there was little reason or profit in tying up the courts with a bunch of demonstrators who were just 'in-the-crowd'.

In contradistinction, some bad actors who were caught during the George Floyd/Police Brutality unrest ....were arrested, tried and convicted. As they should be. As we want them to be.
