Actually...it's a fine idea to explain "slut" to children.!

1. There is the educational value of teaching vocabulary. For the life of me, I can't imagine a sensible person pretending to be outraged at teaching the word "slut." But, then, you are hardly a sensible person, and in this case, you're obviously a fraud.

2. Perhaps even a better reason for children to understand the term "slut" is as a cautionary tale. That mean, to understand the deleterious ramifications for the individual, and for society and, if the number of "sluts" becomes epidemic.
Horrifying thought, huh?

I would imagine you take great steps to even encourage your kids (if you have any) to critically think and not just agree with you on everything. A parenting gene is much stronger than a political gene. But two points I would like to make: Political Hick says she uses the "slut" word in front of kids and, according to the "goddess", "she never lies". Secondly, regardless of what you do to conceal the darker habits of adults, kids pick up on them. Everything from the way you shave your beard to the way you make gestures to let another motorist have the right of way at a stop sign. None of us are perfect.

I've raised five kids to the age of majority. All college graduates, all have lucrative careers, no drug usage and no arrest records.

They way I understood what PC was saying is that she would use the word slut to explain to a child what the word meant. I'm assuming it would be after the child had questions about the particular word. I have had similar discussions with my children about words that they would hear. I see nothing wrong and every thing right about giving a child an honest explanation and the proper use or improper use of such language.

The point here is it seems your somehow defending what the video showed and trying to compare it to adults that may use foul language around their children. The difference in using foul language around children and enticing children to use foul language is very different, I don't condone either but especially the latter.
