Here is some ideas that would help Biden win!
1. Promise to increase ssd and ssi by $200 if elected. Most of these people don't get enough to even get into an apartment or afford their basic needs.
2. Promise to fix ssi and make it last for everyone for generations to come.
3. Unlike Trump with his false promises of infrastructure funding actually move forward with a real plan to repair our roads, bridges and infrastructure. This plan would provide hundreds of thousands of high paying jobs and help us recover from this depression.
4. Push Medicare for all and work to cap the cost of healthcare.
6. Increase educational funding
7. Increase science funding...
8. Focus on rebuilding the unions and
9. Fair trade that benefits the American workers and provides for human rights.

Biden needs to have real ideas and it would be a real mistake just to call out Trump as ugly instead of campaigning hard on the ideas.

You are right, that Sleepy Joe needs to get a positive platform to run on. Pure Hatred of Trump's Supporters isn't going be a winner. Hillary Clinton tried to do that and failed, and Biden has less hatred in his heart and wouldn't be able to make that great of an effort with it.

However "rebuilding the unions" is outside of the responsibility of any President. No POTUS can force people to join a union, pay dues or picket during a strike.
