All the states certified their results on or before December 14. Nothing to investigate by Congress after that. Biden won - The peaceful transfer of power was supposed to be the priority of the Federal Government and all its agencies not chasing down the conspiratorial leads to fraud from the Kraken Krackpot or the Pillow Guy. After December 14 Trump had no legal or Constitutional path to “stop his imaginary steal” So he tried and settled on the fake electors scam. Pence refused to help defraud the US Government States and electorate.

The Eastman memo told him how to get there. By eliminating seven states that Biden won the new-total EC votes up for grabs is 454. . A “majority of the electors appointed” would therefore be 228. There are at this point 232 votes for Trump, 222 votes for Biden. Trump wins.

So Trump didn’t disenfranchise all voters. He only dropped States that Biden won which disenfranchised only voters in state that Biden won. The net result was to disenfranchise all Biden voters nationwide because none of our votes counted. Trump did not disenfranchise any Trump voters because they votes counted even in the dropped states by turning their loss into a win.
