If you can't find anyone to pay what you consider is fair, you better be looking for another job and not whining about losing your job. BTW, how much is that nurse that's aid that's working in your rest home being paid. Are you paying him/her the $150/hr. that would be a fair wage for cleaning up after you?
We're talking about people going underground. They should make a SUBSTANTIAL wage. If you are referring to people working in nursing homes, what they get paid is a travesty. Many around here are paid less than $20 per hour to take care of people. That's disgusting.
So are you augmenting their wage to the level that you figure is fair or are you letting the home just continue to underpay them so you can claim that it is them and not you that is the guilty party. As usual--you are pointing a finger and don't realize there are three more pointing at the real problem--YOU.

LOL. Just how many employees do you figure there would be if there were no businesses to employ them? If your fantasies of $100/hr wages for burger flippers were to happen, there quickly would be no fast food outlets because no one would pay the price for a burger to support that wage. You fail to realize that businesses are essentially the consuming public. This doesn't even take into consideration the inflationary effects of flooding the economy with that much money. All you are seeing is the shallow end of the pool.

Lol, I take it you are not an outdoors man. Those of us that lead an active out door life appreciate them and their work. I am a hunting and fishing guide. I interact with them on a regular basis. They have value in my life and for millions of Americans who participate in hunting, fishing, hiking, rock climbing, and all the other glorious and healthy things you do out side.
