It’s a violation of the US Constitution, Dufus.Sure, why not?Reasonable to tell all my employees they must attend church once a week.
Just as long as they're on the clock.
Nor can employers discriminate on the basis of medical conditions……Not a direct violation of the Constitution, but a violation of anti-discrimination laws that have a solid Constitutional basis.
Employers are not allowed to discriminate or harass employees on the basis of certain criteria, including religion. Compelling an employee to participate in a religious activity that is contrary to that employee's own religious beliefs would be a violation.
By the same laws, and by some other laws pertaining to medical privacy, it is equally illegal (if not more so) for employers to compel employees to participate as test subjects in dangerous medical experiments, or to discriminate against employees for declining to do so. Until such time (which I predict will never occur) that this dangerous experimental mRNA shit achieved proper FDA approval for general use, compelling any employee to take it, or discriminating against any employee for declining to take it, is absolutely illegal.
The CDC did their bit with scare tactics, as they have been for nearly 2 decades, to push the vaccines and the FDA did their shill-best to get their sponsors' products approved - and it was deemed 'science'
There’s good reason why the swamp creatures won’t let Big Pharma be sued over the clot shot.I'm in almost complete agreement, with you, except on one point.
Genuine vaccination is based on sound science; and has brought about tremendous benefits to humanity. We've almost completely rendered smallpox extinct, and rendered many other disease nearly extinct, that once were common. Many diseases that still remain common, we've managed to greatly mitigate.
This new, dangerous, experimental mRNA shit, is •NOT• the same thing as a genuine vaccine. The science behind it is dubious, at best, and the empirical data that are coming out from its use seem to be clearly casting serious doubts on both its safety and its efficacy. I do not know what motives there are behind the way it has been pushed on us, but very clearly, they are not good motives.

WTF?So now you change your tune.
Topic is companies FORCING EMPLOYEES TO UNDERGO MEDICAL PROCEDURES
Yep, republicans protecting corporations, as usual. There’s good reason why the swamp creatures won’t let Big Pharma be sued over the clot shot.
I had no idea Republicans had a supermajority in 21Yep, republicans protecting corporations, as usual.
In February, Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar invoked the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act. The 2005 law empowers the HHS secretary to provide legal protection to companies making or distributing critical medical supplies, such as vaccines and treatments, unless there’s “willful misconduct” by the company. The protection lasts until 2024.
