Congress only votes when the EC is a 269 to 269 tie, and its state by state, not 435 votes, only 50 votes.

No they can't, Federal law says they can't change the law for the election after election day. They could have change the way the electors are selected if they change their state law before Nov. 3rd.\

The only hope Trumpsters have is in the courts and recounts now.
