No...basis is the "equal protection under the law"

Meaning every citizen has to be treated equally under rules and laws.

Two candidates for entrance into federally funded institutions must be qualified or disqualified based solely on the merits of their CV. Race, gender, or religion cannot be used as a boost or disqualification.

Now as far as ICE goes....
We are not being invaded by Irish/Scottish nationals or by the English. It is people from South or Central America as well as Chinese, Middle Eastern countries, and African countries.

And as far as the police go....
The vast majority of violent crime is committed by blacks on whites. It's not profiling....it's reality. 1 in 22 black men will commit murder in their lifetime. White people tend to commit more financial crimes. Hispanics tend to commit more petty theft. Not that they don't commit murders...but usually their murders are usually involved surrounding gang activity.

It's not racism....just reality and hard cold statistics.

Equal protection does not mean turning a blind eye to facts.

News flash: The entitled leaders of those "brown" nations down under are usually a whole lot less brown than the people who try to flee there to find better lives.

Canadians have it better and don't defect to us so readily, but plenty of them come here too, just legally. They aren't running from poverty so much as economic oppression and socialism.

Those countries where the browns are coming from are shit holes and that's largely because of the not-so-brown people who run them.

With all that said, I am completely against illegal immigration and believe that our president is generally doing the right thing on the issue. But the race of the illegals has little or nothing to do with it. We are bordered by one "white" country and one "brown" country. That really ain't much. Neither place is on my bucket list of places to live.
