And yet we are supposed to believe that the party of the self-proclaimed “adults” and “educated” folks would be most negatively affected by requiring an ID to vote. Evidently they didn’t register for Getting an ID 101 their freshmen year. The other possibility is that they know that the least informed and least successful in our society are a large part of their base and they fear that it is those people that are unable to obtain ID’s. Other than not being able to perform the mundane task of getting ID, they are otherwise perfectly capable of making intelligent decisions regarding electing the leader of the free world.
