Let’s review some of that history. .

No. The case was garbage. The accuser was given a deadline to come up without EVIDENCE or the case was kaput. They quit as the6 were being fired. “Death threats” had zero to do witch anything. The lawyer stated she did not believe the accuser. Too bad your fantasy doesn’t conform to reality.
I don't think that you are making any sense after I sent you that article which spells it out quite succinctly. Read it. You obviously have not. Your view is a total fabrication. Death threats had everything to do with it, because they weakened her resolve. With all these women accusing tump of sexual impropriety, why are you so defensive and in such insistent denial.

You ignoramus, sex crimes are numerous. Until recently statutory rape was a crime only by boys and men. Recently, Girls of 17 and younger who engaged in consensual sex with boys of 17 and under are both committing crimes in California. I suppose in other States other laws are too far behind.
This is only one example of a sex crime, with the most serious being molestations and rapes of minors by adults 10 years older than the victim; an adult male, 18 and a female 17 engaged in consensual sex is a lesser crime in the eyes of most rational people.
To judge the trier of fact by calling out as too lenient is absurd, and the same political crap used by Republicans. If the facts of the case and the history of the defendant warrants a lesser sentence, so be it.
The hypocrisy of you and the Republican Pols is an on going example of why the GOP under McConnell and (I really hope not) McCarthy or Trump are returned to office the United States - then will see Civil Rights returned to the 19th Century.

You're one to talk. Your long winded..whatever that is...is apropos of nothing. The left absolutely white washes and approves sex crimes committed in the classroom, by teachers, by politicians, by actors..as long as they are leftists. You endorse sexual abuse and perversion, period, even to the extent of arguing vehemently that it isn't grooming for scary looking male trannies to tell our kids (without our permission) about the joys of anal sex.
