On amnesty, the courts agreed that an executive order couldn't grant it.. Considering the Constitution gives congress the authority on immigration I don't think the supreme court will find otherwise.

You're probably right, but my link shows the Rubio camp was spreading the rumor before the CNN report aired, yet I haven't heard anyone throwing crap at him for it. I think it proves Rubio is now the establishment fair haired boy and he's being protected by the establishment and the media.
