She had a right to tell her story, but this is what I think happened (and it is not because he is a Democrat):
She was clearly nervous; Biden saw that and thought he'd comfort her the way he would a scared five year old.
He's a friendly, demonstrative guy. So sue him.

Did you watch leaving neverland? Plenty of footage of MJ holding hands and stuff with children. The videos with Biden, the young girls don’t look nervous until Biden starts being creepy with them. Not only do they get creeped out but you can see the parents get creeped out too. There was even one case where he asked to take a picture with just a 14 year old and the Dad (some dem legislator) immediately chimes in and says “Daddy’s gonna stand right next you,” as a half joke half stop being creepy, I’m watching you. Joe’s behavior sets off alarm bells. His hands around the waste placement are uncomfortably high up. He’s always whispering really closely in these girls ears while he’s telling them how pretty they are. He’ll grab their hair and smell it. He’ll try to kiss them, back of the head or cheek. And he shows too much attention to these girls, like a fixation. If it ws just one of these things, I think your argument would be perfectly explainable. It’s the combination, and the fact that it’s happened multiple times. What this senator described is completely inappropriate behavior if this were a standard boss-subordinate paradigm. It’s even more inappropriate behavior if this was a boss, doing this with an employees daughter still going through puberty.
Biden is probably toast. Peter Schweitzer (Harvard psych professor, Democrat, did the creepy line documentary), is coming out with a new book about looking at political corruption. In it, Biden is the most corrupt politician ever, and he does what he describes as off-shore corruption through his son. Biden, according to Obama, was the point-man for China policy. His son, out of no where and with zero experience/education in finance, starts a finance company that just so happens to gets a 1.5 billion dollar deal with the Chinese government. Not even the financial juggernauts like Wells Fargo, Goldman Sachs, have ever got a deal this big with the Chinese government. At this time even the left was critical of how soft the Obama administration was with Chinas aggression in the South China Sea and espionage. After Russia’s invasion/annexation of Crimea, they took over a large oil company there, in which non-other than Hunter Biden was placed as a board member, again with zero experience in Oil, running a company, and foreign business relations. This is pretty unheard of stuff. Nepotism does happen in Washington, and everywhere really, but this is nepotism worth millions, maybe even billions of dollars.
