When trees fall in a California forest the state says leave it where it fell to rot away... not sure why but that's the policy... and if you were to go into a state park and clean out the underbrush you could be fined and go to jail.... other states tell campers to collect limbs to burn at your campfire... not CA you can be fined for this... the amount of wrong headed policies on CA forestland and parks is overwhelming....

I've heard complaints about responses, lack of water and climate change but everyone seems to be avoiding what actually caused the fires.
