Snowfall Is a Thing of the Past!

Ya you can peddle your horse shit all you want but a snow storm proves nothing. The reality is in the seventies and eighties I spent nearly every Saturday and Sunday ice fishing from mid December on through early March. Last year I had zero ice fishing days. This year it took till yesterday to get ice thick enough. So go blow it out your ear.
Ever consider getting a boat?

Translation: It's cold - so climate change ain't real. Trump told me so!!

So where did you go fishing at? We had a lot of precipitation the last few years. Lake Erie is something like 30 inches above normal level. They say if it were possible to supply Niagara Falls with only water from Lake Erie, it would take four months to bring it down to normal levels. So ice fishing would be rather impossible in most places. The more water, the longer it takes to freeze.
East harbor Cataba Island. Just got back to Cbus. Going back up on Saturday. Can't freaking wait. My buddy Eli just bought a nice ice shanty. Today was its maiden run. Must have got 100 bluegills and probably 60 perch between the two of us. I am gunna clean them here after I get done unloading the jeep and get a bit to eat. Really good day. I was getting a little depressed doing nothing but rehabbing my house. I barely slept last night in anticipation. We got out on that ice about five this morning. Good time!!!!!

I run fishing charters for a living these days. I have 3 Sportcrafts. Two 30 footers and a 27 footer. I also have a 17 foot John boat. Gunna get a couple kayaks this spring. I am about to buy five acres on the Portage River up by lake erie. I am hoping those yaks draw my kids up there this summer. I will use them a little but I spend alot of time running charters on the lake. Not sure how much I will use them myself.

One more cup of coffee then I gotta go shovel about three feet of 'global warming.'
