If there are two restaurants in town and both allow smoking, what choice does the employee have?
If there are two restaurants and one allows smoking and pays much better, why should an employee have to risk their health?

If I'm a smoker and I want people to feel free to do so also and I own a business, should I have the right to do so? what if I want to run an establishment where I want people to smoke?
