Smith report released

LOL. Prosecotors kangarooed the charges while presenting to a grand jury in deep blue areas, not even providing any defenses in the process.
It isn’t up to the prosecution to provide defenses. That’s his legal team’s job. If he paid and/or listened to them, maybe he wouldn’t keep getting convicted.

No legal ramifications at all from Smiths self grandizing conjecture
But lib loons did get a satisfying smear job out of it

Mueller:
Because no charges could be brought, it did not seem fair to take an approach that could potentially result in a judgment that the President committed crimes. Ordinarily, an individual who believes he has been wrongly accused can attempt to clear his name through a speedy and public trial. If a prosecutor judges that a crime has been committed but no charges will be brought, there is no opportunity for public name-clearing before an impartial adjudicator. The fairness concerns are heightened in the case of a sitting President, since even an internal report could have extensive consequences: preserving the secrecy of a sealed indictment would be difficult, and if it became public the President's ability to govern would be undermined.

Smith:
YOU BET YOUR ASS HE DID IT!!!

This report was released because they know there's no way Trump can address the accusation in a court of law - no opportunity for public name-clearing before an impartial adjudicator.

This is political theater, nothing more.

When they have solid evidence knowing that there are good defenses, they go ahead anyway with the malicious prosecution for political purposes.

If there were good defenses, he wouldn’t have been convicted. He needs to take responsibility for his actions.

I didn't read the report, but I already know what is in it. A lot of uncorroborated bullshit, with anything favorable to President Trump redacted.

And you can count on the redacted portions of the report being shread and burned.

And we already knew that Trump supporters would not accept anything they didn't like....

You're attacking people for doing the very same thing you're doing now....

Well done.

It won’t matter, but I’m glad it’s part of the public record.

We already know he’s not held to normal standards, so we move on now.
That's right. He's held to a lower legal standard than anyone else would be.

You mean the kangaroo courts?
Ah yes, the cult vocabulary.

Of course you couldn't argue what was wrong with the grand juries or trial juries or the evidence if your life depended on it.

You're following orders like a good boy.

WE are the cultists? The irony...lol

But, while we're talking about the trials, how does it make you feel knowing that the trials got Trump elected?

If Jack Smith wants to write something, he should write an op-ed explaining how he feels, knowing he paved the way for Trump to wind in a landslide and gave him the popular vote.

Jack Smith was an illegal hire so his report means nothing.
