In English there is the concept of... Sour_cream
Sour cream - Wikipedia

But this is absolutely wrong ...

Slavonic product SMETANA unique, never Anglo-Saxons can not do it

What it is?

Human...
You approached my question wrong ...
In Russia, this is called "Спустить Рукава"
Take away this shame and do not show it to anyone ...
I hope that in the future this will not happen

So its a fatty sour milk product whipped up, but the Anglo-Saxons (which you'd know) can't possible produce anything like it?

You mean we don't have milk?

We don't have fat?

You've personally checked every product in the USA and Europe?

We don't have fat Slovak women to run around the barrel like cattle to beat it into a froth?

ANSWER THE QUESTIONS PUT TO YOU!

Sounds like creme fraiche - not as tart as sour cream, but has more rich flavor.

You see, "Selivan," you come here telling us about all these "delicacies" of your country which Anglos have no equivalent to: whipped cream, sauerkraut, pickled salad, and all the rest of your artery-hardening crap. Well maybe this has no translation for you in Russian, but here is what good food looks like to an American:

You see, your average American probably eats better than a General does there in Russia, maybe better than Kim Jong-Un does in North Korea. You want to impress us with a good Russian meal, here is MY idea of a good dinner.

First you start off with an appetizer:

Next comes the salad:

Now it is time for the Main Course:

If that is a little too esoteric for you, then perhaps this will float your boat:

Then for desert, let's finish it off with THIS:

And of course, you will need to wash it all down with an evening drink:

If you want to impress me, that is what I call GOOD FOOD.
