I took note of this a few weeks back. Could not find a lot on this which surprised me. This article dealt with it, and it also then linked to the Inspector General’s actual report when the issue was raised. That follows the excerpt I post from this first article. Yes, it sounds like grand theft to me and I doubt Hillary did not get her cut.
