Simple Question: Should the "Hate crimes" catagory be removed?

I am no lawyer, I ask this because I think its a huge overreach. HATE is subjective and unprovable. Meant to target Racist groups the KKK, Neo-Nazis that where powerful groups once years ago, but they ceased to be a significant issue in the 90's. Now? We Got BLM and Antifa and other HATE groups. I digress. Presently, hate crimes prosecution has become a tool of persecution mostly targeting whites. Its apparent these laws are obsolete and are now being abused. Thank you for listening, that's my rant.
