Sig P320; Problem

The gun shops in my AO won't touch the P-320 as trades. One shop was stuck with two and they sent them to auction.

BTW, "optic ready" semis are all the hotness now. Certain Glocks are optic ready with their slides already milled.

Can't say if the Pretti Perp's SIG was optic ready from the factory or not but it had some custom work done.

I had a deputy show me how he used optics at the range, and the slight difference he employed in the positioning of the firearm as he brought it upwards and on target. Then he let me take his firearm for a test run.

I still don't use optics, but if someone works them the way he showed me, I can see why people like them and they can make a difference.

Yes, as I have posted many times, Pretti inserted himself into a law enforcement action. The video clearly shows him running to the woman ICE urged to get out of the way and had to physically push down. I guess he was playing 'white knight' as well as agitator when he got between Ice and their lawful enforcement and for that, he got rightly pepper sprayed and pulled away and to the ground. The whole time he was resisting.

At that point, any sane person would put their hands up and surrender along with informing law enforcement he was carrying a gun. Instead he fought them and reached for his waist when ICE was already informed he had a gun. Apparently Pretti felt emboldened and entitled, probably by Signal chat and the network of anti-Ice protesters with which he was involved.

I'd like to know who that woman was and what she was doing there.

Pretti was clearly a paid agitator just like Good was whose only intent was to be a bigger and bigger problem to LE unless and until they were forcibly STOPPED.

I'd like to know what pepper spray they are using because the stuff sucks. It comes out in a wimpy cloud not a forceful spray and doesn't seem to have much effect on anything. I've had stuff that shot 30 feet that would stop a charging bull.

Not equally responsible. The agent who shot him bears most responsibility. Pretis poor judgement is close second but poor judgement doesnt give anyone the right to kill a person. There must be an imminent threat for serious bodily harm or death. He was disarmed and restrained when shot. Thats not imminent.

She was a paid protester trying to distract ICE. That is what they are told to do in the Signal, ICE watch network. Pretti was at the doughnut shop because the word went out that ICE was after and illegal alien there. This is what they are doing, they are highly organized. Did you see the truckload of pre printed signs they were handing out? Professional signs complete with wooden handles. Anther video of another protest shown them wearing professional pre-printed T-Shirts.

What irks me are all the lefty reporters and Democrat congresspeople acting like these protests are grass roots. Nothing could be further from the truth. They're paid and supported by far left interests like Roy Singham in Shanghai who funds a network of far-left Marxist NGOs.

It’s not my theory, personal I’ve seen no indication Pretti’s firearm discharged and that it was the masked officer that fired the first shot.

This though is based on evidence.

#1 The is no recoil visible in the officers arm holding Pretti’s weapon at the sound of the first shot.

#2 There is recoil visible in the stem of the masked officer for the first shot in Pretti’s back.

#3 The officer with Pretty’s firearm looks over his left shoulder at the first shot back at the officer in the mask. If Pretti’s firearm in his right hand had accidently discharged the officer would have looked to his right at the weapon that just fired. Human nature is to look toward the source of a gun bring fired.

Not that I can say I’m correct, but that’s how you support the development of an opinion.

Anyone watching the video can see it was a melee of bodies and there was no time to assess who, what or when anyone was disarmed. If someone yelled: "Watch out! He's got a gun!" My first instinct as a cop would be to start emptying my mag into him for the protection of my fellow officers.

On top of charging about a hundred protestors with felonies then, we really need to charge the financial and technical organizers behind these protests, and many of them are paid democrat officials.

My boy is currently engaged in an online auction. A P320 in .45acp just sold for $425. Opened at $400. Only had one bidder. Everthing else has had really active bidding going on.
