Muhammad is proudly proclaimed by Muslims as Islam’s “Perfect Man” and as such all devout Muslims must emulate him Unfortunately, among the more infamous episodes of Muhammad’s life, recorded in Islamic sources, was his notorious marriage to a 6-year-old child, Aisha—Muhammad was in his 50s. Those sources say Muhammad and Aisha “consummated” their marriage when she was just 9.
