Little internet weenies, posting in their pajamas from their mothers' basements published the laws that were broken, chapter and verse. She violated State Department security equipment and procedures. She sent emails on a private server, containing classified information. Serious violations of federal law - violations that are not legally excused by IGNORANCE or LACK OF CRIMINAL INTENT. She is literally a felon. There is no legal dispute about this.

Furthermore, the reason for all the secrecy was TO AVOID HAVING TO COMPLY WITH THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT!
