Should we allow democrats to got to Venezuela?

I'm just wondering if we can negotiate with Venezuela to allow them to accept democrats into their country since they want to live under a communist economic system. It would be great for them because they would get a ready supply of hispanics to work for them and do the jobs Americans won't do such as serve them and tell them how lucky they are to be white because white privilege has allowed them to be their superiors in life.
