Not to rehash this shit again, but the FBI could have taken any classified documents they wanted. No president owns classified docs and top secret files. You're talking about a dictator, not a president. I realize the former is what you would prefer, but we still live in a democracy, for now.
It is if you ignore a subpoena. Even with that said, was Trump ever led away in handcuffs? Was he even arrested? No one waits 18 months to just raid someone's home for stolen documents and then calls that "lawfare" and no one is even arrested. Clinton never possessed classified tapes, that is the key difference. And the tapes themselves were just interviews he did with a historian. This has already been ruled over by a court.

Being honest here, after the ******* AG runs on "getting Trump", and in a venue where being Republican is a crime, I'll let justice play out in the appeals courts. You should accept the appeals court decision and not the kangaroo court's.
So when Letitia James is sent to prison for mortgage fraud, you'll still say guilty is guilty? They found the amount to be excessive but Trump is still liable for fraud. That has not changed.
p.s. fraud with no victim. Is that a non-sequitor?
