Actually conservatives are often the problem, by constantly driving to lower taxes, and thus take away the money to finance the resources needed to reduce crime.

That power can't be transferred, so whatever entity congress picks to run the capitol, would have to do so under laws and regulations made by congress, Separation of powers would prevent that agency from being under control of the executive.

What they could do if they really want to help lower crime, increase funding into Police Training, pay and increase numbers... Training of the Police is shockingly poor in US compared to other first world...

But Red States have the worse Urban Crime... You are ******* useless at addressing Urban Crime.... Urban Crime has been dropping generally for the last 20 years, mainly because they are getting rid for idiotic GOP crime policy...

Just a defense of some Democrat Mayors= Bill Fredrick of Orlando was with his wife out shopping saw a man carjacking and pistol whipping a woman he yelled at the man who pointed a gun at him he pulled his own and blew him away. Another time a known racketeer was at Rosie O'Gradys on church street with his cronies down from up north Bill Fredrick crashes the party with armed police gets in the guys face and told him to get out of town.
