IF Trump did any press conference that's how he should manage it, EXCEPT, women like my wife can't stand when he behaves rudely. Does he want an approval rating above or below 50%?

Trump could do real press conferences with a hostile press, but why should he, Biden didn't.

If Trump's press secretary gets a question she doesn't know the answer to, all she has to say is "I need to circle back to you on that".

So my poll question is: If you were Trump, would you have any real press conferences?

My opinion is "no". I would not give the biased MSM any oxygen.

Trump has a long track record of being completely accessible to the Media. I doubt that will change in a second term. He will do press conferences per usual as needed. I am really curious to see who will be his press secretary and have hopes that it will be Tucker Carlson or Megyn Kelly. Tucker has less baggage to overcome. Megyn is sharp, knowledgeable, has almost infallible recall, would be great. Could be neither are in the running. But it will be fun to see.

I thunk Trump should do press conferences but don't allow the reporter to turn it into a circus (jim acosta).

There are different ways he could do this...

- Answer questions while walking to marine-1 or AF1...this way the camera stays on Trump and not the reporter.

- Make reporters submit their questions in writing & they can only be so long (or wont be answered). That way the reporter can't have the camera on them while they make a 20 minute accusation disguised as a question.

#1, if the notion of edible pets bothers you, you'd be rather upset as a din din guest on my farm

#2, other countries eat dogs/cats/rats.....it's an acceptable part of their culture

#3, candidate Trump was making a statement pursuant to the complete unmitigated socio-economic disaster the Dem immigration policies have resulted in

I don't know about that. But everybody is having fun kicking around the possibilities. Everyone from Alex Jones to Megyn Kelly to Peter Doocy to Roseann Barr have been suggested or offered their services. Tucker doesn't seem to be on anybody's radar which makes me think he could be in the running.
