I think I said that is what happens in other part of the world...Says the folks who are first to scream separation of church and state. Keep digging, it's hilarious.
Maybe she was a friend of a relative...
Hitler wasn't a religious leader...
Some people go to funerals to make sure the fucker is dead...
Yes, we know
And Joe Biden's mental state is adequate to be President and men can have babies
We know.

Brown was the most liberal Ivy back in the 70s, which is why I rejected my acceptance there. Seems that Columbia has now moved into first place, but I imagine Brown is still pretty bad.
With little or no notice, the political Left in American has waged a steady, decades-long campaign to erase the distinctions between the rights of U.S. citizens and the rights of others living or visiting here.
It started with a Leftist Supreme Court saying that the country's "safety net" could not be denied to aliens, then to illegal aliens, and now we have illegals on Medicaid, SNAP, subsidized housing, and sending their little bastards to our "free" public schools - well maybe that's not such a great example.
But aliens DO NOT HAVE the same Constitutional rights as U.S. citizens, and while a citizen can criticize our government, politicians, and parties with impunity, that does not apply to non-citizens. They are not entitled to the same "due process" rights as citizens when accused of either a crime or even something less than a crime. Their First Amendment rights are limited, and if they say offensive things that "we" deem destructive or harmful to the general peace and tranquility of our society, they can the deported.
We should do more of it.
If she was actually supportive of the United States do you really think the Iranians would have allowed her to come and go from Iran for a terrorists' funeral?
That's your opinion. I don't agree with it.I'm not a judge. That's where it should have went.
That's your opinion. I don't agree with it.
So you agree she should have her visa revoked and deported for supporting Iran and terrorism?I replied to a general statement. Go back and read it.
There was an order of deportation, the federal court order came out after the factFYI...
The pictures were part of a Whats App Group consisting of family and friends.. So these were just posted...
I will also point out that her deportation was against court orders... The CBP who executed it look very suspect. They claim they didn't knwo of the court order but seemed to ignore lawyers at the time..
So you agree she should have her visa revoked and deported for supporting Iran and terrorism?
So show me where in the constitution it explains how to treat foreign citizens given permission to live here who exhibit anti US behavior. The Constitution cried.
The hold came before her deportation...There was an order of deportation, the federal court order came out after the fact

Equal protection Clause of the Fouteenth AmendmentSo show me where in the constitution it explains how to treat foreign citizens given permission to live here who exhibit anti US behavior.
Oh you didn't read the article? It outlines what she did.If she indeed did it would be grounds for removal. I have no idea what she did or didn't do. It all could have been dealt with legally but that's too much trouble for Trump it would seem.
Equal protection Clause of the Fouteenth Amendment
The Equal Protection Clause requires each state to provide equal protection under the law to all people, including non-citizens, within its jurisdiction.
Supreme Court has ruled on it a few times..
This is pretty common... US Citizens have this right in many other countries too..
The government’s explanation for Rasha Alawieh’s deportation came before a judge postponed a hearing on whether it defied a judge’s order that she not be deported without advance notice to the court. The hold came before her deportation...
Ther CBP officers knew a Judge was looking at it and the order cam in 30 min before departure... I say there could be some serious issues if it is found they choose to hide and ignore the order... You can't use ignorance as a reason to ignore the law...
where is the evidence she didn't have an immigration hearing?Technically, if someone here on a Visa does something illegally, unlike a citizen they can be deported.
But as I said, they get their day in court which didn't happen here.
She denies that she supports Terrorist Organisations...
I say, bring it to court... We don't know all of the facts despite what various news sources tell us...
It is becoming clear that the Trump Admin didn't want to go in front of a Judge with this case. To me that is worrying...If she indeed did it would be grounds for removal. I have no idea what she did or didn't do. It all could have been dealt with legally but that's too much trouble for Trump it would seem.
I think that was after due process...
