Should this doctor have been deported out of the country?

Says the folks who are first to scream separation of church and state. Keep digging, it's hilarious.
I think I said that is what happens in other part of the world...

It is a great case for keeping them separate,,,

Maybe she was a friend of a relative...

Hitler wasn't a religious leader...

Some people go to funerals to make sure the fucker is dead...

Yes, we know

And Joe Biden's mental state is adequate to be President and men can have babies

Brown was the most liberal Ivy back in the 70s, which is why I rejected my acceptance there. Seems that Columbia has now moved into first place, but I imagine Brown is still pretty bad.

She is Hitler!!!!!!

Woops, don't want to rush to judgement, do we?

With little or no notice, the political Left in American has waged a steady, decades-long campaign to erase the distinctions between the rights of U.S. citizens and the rights of others living or visiting here.

It started with a Leftist Supreme Court saying that the country's "safety net" could not be denied to aliens, then to illegal aliens, and now we have illegals on Medicaid, SNAP, subsidized housing, and sending their little bastards to our "free" public schools - well maybe that's not such a great example.

But aliens DO NOT HAVE the same Constitutional rights as U.S. citizens, and while a citizen can criticize our government, politicians, and parties with impunity, that does not apply to non-citizens. They are not entitled to the same "due process" rights as citizens when accused of either a crime or even something less than a crime. Their First Amendment rights are limited, and if they say offensive things that "we" deem destructive or harmful to the general peace and tranquility of our society, they can the deported.

We should do more of it.

If she was actually supportive of the United States do you really think the Iranians would have allowed her to come and go from Iran for a terrorists' funeral?

And now the mystery of this decade has been solved, ladies and gentlemen, brothers and sisters---------->Why, oh why, did the charming and delightful Rosie O'Donnell move to the Emerald Isle of Ireland?!?!?!

ANSWER----------->She knew they were as radical and stupid as she is, and as we can see by a certain, radical, Leftist poster in this thread, she was 100% correct!

As another poster succinctly pointed out, and I will add to it--------->we should ASK the sitting government of Ireland if they would like us to send all of our illegal, terrorist deportees to them! If they say yes, we send them there, and thank you very much! If they say no, hell no, they are terrorists, then we make sure we warn them that they have at least 2 subversives in their midst; 1 being Rosie, the other being.....well, I am sure you know who/whom it is I speak of-)

FYI...

The pictures were part of a Whats App Group consisting of family and friends.. So these were just posted...

I will also point out that her deportation was against court orders... The CBP who executed it look very suspect. They claim they didn't knwo of the court order but seemed to ignore lawyers at the time..

There was an order of deportation, the federal court order came out after the fact

So you agree she should have her visa revoked and deported for supporting Iran and terrorism?

If she indeed did it would be grounds for removal. I have no idea what she did or didn't do. It all could have been dealt with legally but that's too much trouble for Trump it would seem.

The Constitution cried.
So show me where in the constitution it explains how to treat foreign citizens given permission to live here who exhibit anti US behavior.

The hold came before her deportation...

Ther CBP officers knew a Judge was looking at it and the order cam in 30 min before departure... I say there could be some serious issues if it is found they choose to hide and ignore the order... You can't use ignorance as a reason to ignore the law...

Facts not in evidence.

Equal protection Clause of the Fouteenth Amendment
The Equal Protection Clause requires each state to provide equal protection under the law to all people, including non-citizens, within its jurisdiction.

Supreme Court has ruled on it a few times..

This is pretty common... US Citizens have this right in many other countries too..

Oh you didn't read the article? It outlines what she did.

What was illegal about it? How's it Trump's fault she supports terrorist? Why do you hate America?

Technically, if someone here on a Visa does something illegally, unlike a citizen they can be deported.

But as I said, they get their day in court which didn't happen here.

The government’s explanation for Rasha Alawieh’s deportation came before a judge postponed a hearing on whether it defied a judge’s order that she not be deported without advance notice to the court.

The lawful deportation order was in place, a seperate judge postponed a hearing, and she was already deported.

where is the evidence she didn't have an immigration hearing?

She denies that she supports Terrorist Organisations...

I say, bring it to court... We don't know all of the facts despite what various news sources tell us...

It is becoming clear that the Trump Admin didn't want to go in front of a Judge with this case. To me that is worrying...

For starters, if she wishes, she should be flown back to US on CBP dime and presented in court... If the DOJ don't have evidence, consider bail proceedings with a direct order to ICE not to arrest her...

Sorry but CBP act pretty bad here if they ignored a court order..
