Should this doctor have been deported out of the country?

With little or no notice, the political Left in American has waged a steady, decades-long campaign to erase the distinctions between the rights of U.S. citizens and the rights of others living or visiting here.

It started with a Leftist Supreme Court saying that the country's "safety net" could not be denied to aliens, then to illegal aliens, and now we have illegals on Medicaid, SNAP, subsidized housing, and sending their little bastards to our "free" public schools - well maybe that's not such a great example.

But aliens DO NOT HAVE the same Constitutional rights as U.S. citizens, and while a citizen can criticize our government, politicians, and parties with impunity, that does not apply to non-citizens. They are not entitled to the same "due process" rights as citizens when accused of either a crime or even something less than a crime. Their First Amendment rights are limited, and if they say offensive things that "we" deem destructive or harmful to the general peace and tranquility of our society, they can the deported.

We should do more of it.

I think that is the point I am making to others...

Why are ye so afraid of the facts and the truth...

I am not saying she should stay or go but I do want to know all the facts first..
Our judicial branch is fucked up.

The distinctions are well documented in the Constitution and court cases.

You seem to simply want an authoritarian government with no oversight.

Evidence was submitted to the Court yet...

BTW, you can see that we have a few here that don't want court proceedings, accusation is good enough for them
That is a very dangerous slope.
yet what?

What evidence do you have that there was court proceedings?

They were trying to deport without a hearing by what's in the linked Article.

I am just saying, have a proper hearing and present evidence...
The article say “sympathetic photos and videos”, now that could be taken away... We are now in subjective territory...
Two sides to a case.
Where in the article does it say she was deported without a hearing?

You know there is a difference between immigration court, and a district court right?

So your bar for human rights is set at Iran?

Aren't we a little better than that?
If she was actually supportive of the United States do you really think the Iranians would have allowed her to come and go from Iran for a terrorists' funeral?

There is no difference.

Not true. I dislike Franklin Grahams politics. I dislike he gets involved with politics at all but I do acknowledge the good Samritans Purse does.

There is no constitutional right to a visa or green card nor any case law that says there is

Nor did anyone say there was but a typical lame rebuttal.

Religion and Politics are intertwined... The religious leader and political one are the same job.
And this is exactly why she had to go. What you say here are facts. Support of this "religious" leader should be an immediate ticket back to her home country. Support him all you like, but not in our country.

"God is the Greatest, Death to America, Death to Israel, Curse be upon the Jews, Victory to Islam'. If this is your creed we don't want you here. (It's actually the Houthi creed.)

Rasha Alawieh, a Brown professor and doctor, has been deported back to Lebanon after U.S. Customs and Border Protection found photos and videos of her supporting Hezbollah on her phone. She also attended Nasrallah’s funeral and had her pictures taken with Iran's supreme leader. Of course, she tried to delete those photos which they recovered.

What say you democrats?

Naturally, when the story first broke the media failed to relay any of that. No, they just pretended that Trump hates all Muslims.
Of course, this shi#ty islamofascist.

Not true.
Maybe not to you, as an American. But this is not about you.

Your fail is not understanding what that Iranian leader she went to pay her respects to expects of their religious followers.

Do you actually think that the Iranians would have let her come and go freely when she went to his funeral if she was supportive of US?

I'm not a judge. That's where it should have went.

Which is why it is odd she tried to disavow him politically and pretended to only cling to him as a spiritual leader

Thanks for making our point.
Not really...

People can have very different views about people...

An example...
I used to have a friend from from Belfast, a catholic nationalist... A believer of a united Ireland but not violent...
His MP for his area was Rev Iain Paisley, as unionist as they come. Paddy said to me that no matter what time you called or what problem you had he would help, knowing I was a nationalist..

Paddy respected him, even though politically they couldn't have been further apart. I wouldn't surprised if he went to his funeral. Paisley had a lot of friends from both sides when he died...

So attending a funeral doesn't mean the same around the world.
