That court ruling did not negate the NAA.

Trump had lied denied cried and whyed all through it.

He's a criminal. Fuck him.

Hypocrite much, you bitch about Trump being a criminal, all while you're defending a criminal. Good job freak.

.

He followed the law and getting it back is what you are failing to duck.

And Trump did not follow the law at all.
Lol, no, what you are failing to see is that 31 of the 37 counts against trump are for willful retention, the exact same thing that biden did.

As far as whether or not trump returned them, there is no criminal provision for breaking the presidential records act.

Biden? Willful retention?

He identifies that the docs were there himself ( or his attorneys did) and then made arrangements for their return.

Just the opposite of your claim

As far as your second claim… thee are legal penalties for possession of classified and secret docs especially when there is willful intent to NOT return them

Wow, biden having classified documents for 30 years is willful retention lol....

There is no penalty under the PRA.

The only penalty comes from mishandling classified material, which biden did as well....

Again.. since you obviously can’t read well.

The docs that Biden had only became known when HE MADE IT KNOWN and he PROMPTLY made arrangements for their return.

Exactly opposite of what Trump did

And the PRA isn’t the only statute involved

Lol, you really believe he had no idea he had them? Seriously? If he had no idea, then what prompted him to have his attorneys go through them at the exact same time trump was getting hit for documents? If he had no idea they were there, he would have had no reason to have his lawyers go through those boxes looking for them.

Beside, he knew he had them when he removed them from the scif.

Too bad nara wasn't around to remind biden to return his classified material...oh wait, they were around, but paid no attention to biden having them, and hell, he was never even president up to that point.

Yeah, the other is the espionage act, which criminalizes the possession of classified material....for which biden was allowed to slide.

The Espionage act requires release of national security docs or intent.

Neither were present with Biden

Both were present with Trump

Give up troll

When Trump got caught it raised awareness.

Again. Biden volunteered that he had the docs and arranged their return

That may not satisfy you but then who the fuck are you?

He only volunteered to return the documents when he came under scrutiny as a result of the raid on Mar A Laga. Biden knew he had taken and kept classified documents for decades, that is shown by the fact that he was sharing them with his biographer.

We all know, the people that actually care about America, what has happened to the FBI. Even leftists now admit that maybe, just maybe, the FBI went a little too far and got a little too enthusiastic about their 'missions'

We also know how Kash Patel, Trump's nominee for FBI Director, feels about the FBI. He wants to tear it down. And, the morre I think about it, the more angry I get and the more I agree.

Setting our anger with them aside, can the FBI be saved? I'm interested in hearing, reading, thinking people's thoughts on it.
So you are now for defunding the police.

A great thread showing what I've long argued. Both sides will condemn the others for the very same thing they will defend their guy over.

Politics excel in hypocrisy.

OK, so what classified material did trump divulge and where was his intent to injur the united states?

Also, biden DID disclose, willfully, classified information.

You can't get around the similarities of these cases, as much as you want to.
