It’s tribal.
It's what? ... Makes this sentence and "answer" any sense?

It’s tribal.
Ever tried to think about that to be a father/mother not automatically means to be male/female? In the case of little seahorses, for example, the males become pregnant and mothers.
In German I would say now: "Ihr seid alle viel zu sehr versext." on poetic reasons because "to be versext" sounds similar to the expression "to be verhext".
„Ihr seid alle viel zu sehr verhext“ = “You are all far too bewitched.”
„Ihr seid alle viel zu sehr versext“ = “You're all way too obsessed with sex.”
And by the way, you're also a very poor thinker. Of course, a groom is male while a bride is female. But if Jesus would had been a female the church would be male. This male-female combination is a symbol for the power of spirit and life - the most creative power we know. But the church as an organisation is more than male or female. An "abbess" for example is a female father of her nuns. And when Martin Luther for example translated the Old Testament he called Eve not "woman" (Weib, Frau) but "Männin" = ~"maness" in analogy to "abbot" and "abbess". "Männin" will be translated into the English language always with "woman" - I guess this is so because "Männin" is not really translatable but anyway the word "man" is included in "woman". Perhaps you don't see your own roots?
You seem to me as if you had fallen overboard from the nave of the church and are trying to hold on to a rope that isn't there. You don't even notice that God himself is pushing you, and you simply have to let him push you back on board. Find yourselve in your relation to your father - also when a woman gives you female or male hints how to do so. Mother Mary may help you to find your real spirituality, "Joe".
That’s because of your bias.Nope . It’s just that believers elevated it to a crazy level of belief.
I understand all that. I really do. And I believe the Church does too.
I just don’t believe it’s material to their decision.
Church songs are just elevated chanting by tribal chieftains over the campfires near their caves about how their tribe is threatened and needs to eliminate the other one before they are themselves because their tribe is special and chosen by the gods above. It's what? ... Makes this sentence and "answer" any sense?
There was a time when bullies and strong men could make claims and people would believe those claims. When those bullies and bullshit artists then said, "These claims do not come from me but for "God" himself because he confided in ME because I am your leader." the lemmings just automatically followed for fear the leader would kill the doubters.moses like you is a liar ... their false claims as commandments from the heavens.
christianity is who choose hitler as the german leader.
Through FORCED belief.
Through centuries now of conditioning, repetition, browbeating, threats and force by societal and peer pressure, human genes have instilled in their memories what happens to non-believers. In some fashion yet unknown to humanity, our genetic material carries the memories of what happens to dissenters. We see it on display here with threats and intimation of comments such as "Just wait till you die", You'll surely find out there's a god and devil some day", and similar such fear tactics to cajole others to believe as THEY do, or else. Their smugness is a display of arrogance and condescension that they know the "truth" because some guy named Moses and another guy named Jesus and Paul ALLEGEDLY said such and such and if you don't believe it, the "church" knows what to do with blasphemer and will burn you at the stake for questioning their beliefs.the desert dwellers use their advantages for themselves written in their awful bibles including forgeries lies and fallacies, commandments they claim heavenly madeup by the liar moses - forcing them on everyone often disguised as secular laws.
the crucifiers would not allow the 1st century events or jesus to reach fruition and substituted themselves by means of their criminal intervention, the crucifixion being the greater crime in conclusion of those events.
You are being argumentative. You did not understand what I said to you. Otherwise you had not said now "the Church does [=understands] too". A church is no human being but a human institution/building. Only concrete human beings are able "to understand".
¿Material? And what decides a broken tile for example (while the church building not knows it is broken)?
When you present an argument that "The church concluded ................), it's like saying "The ACLU found that white people are the cause of all problems in the world". IOW, it's a given that the CHURCH said blah blah blah, and you believe them. You are being argumentative.

When the strongest lion roars, the weaker lions know they must obey or have their eyes scratched out. This is exactly how Christianity and Islam is enforced. Through FORCED belief.
Good Lord, religion sure does trigger you.Through centuries now of conditioning, repetition, browbeating, threats and force by societal and peer pressure, human genes have instilled in their memories what happens to non-believers. In some fashion yet unknown to humanity, our genetic material carries the memories of what happens to dissenters. What argument do you think I presented exactly? When you present an argument that "The church concluded ................), it's like saying "The ACLU found that white people are the cause of all problems in the world". IOW, it's a given that the CHURCH said blah blah blah, and you believe them.
I understand all that. I really do. And I believe the Church does too. I just don’t believe it’s material to their decision. What argument do you think I presented exactly?
How is that my argument? What position do you believe I was arguing for?I understand all that. I really do. And I believe the Church does too. I just don’t believe it’s material to their decision.
You are being argumentative.
What difference does that make? How is that my argument? What position do you believe I was arguing for?
Let me help you. The debate is on allowing women to become priests. Do you suppose the Catholic Church is unaware of all of the arguments for women becoming priests? And assuming that you agree that the church is aware of these arguments, doesn’t it make sense that these arguments have not swayed their position? I mean after all they have not changed their position.
So am I making an argument for or against women being priests? Or am I just stating the reality of the situation?
Couldn’t I say the same about you?Ist dir schon einmal aufgefallen, dass Du es einfach nicht schaffst nicht das letzte Wort zu haben?
=
Have you ever noticed that you just can't seem to resist having the last word?
The difference it made was refuting your post #190 and #193.What difference does that make?
No.Couldn’t I say the same about you?
