Pence should have sent the election back to the states to count real votes. He has that right. Arizona and Wisconsin are about to toss the 2020 election results.. this isn’t good for America.. trump won. You’re causing a insurrection. Not us .. saying Biden won is causing violence
The Constitution doesn't allow for that:
The Electors shall meet in their respective states and vote by ballot for President and Vice-President, one of whom, at least, shall not be an inhabitant of the same state with themselves; they shall name in their ballots the person voted for as President, and in distinct ballots the person voted for as Vice-President, and they shall make distinct lists of all persons voted for as President, and of all persons voted for as Vice-President, and of the number of votes for each, which lists they shall sign and certify, and transmit sealed to the seat of the government of the United States, directed to the President of the Senate;
... that was done. The next step falls upon Congress, which by law, occurs on January 6th, following a presidential election...
Had Pence sent them back, they wouldn't have been opened and counted in accordance with the Constitution and the law.

-The President of the Senate shall, in the presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the certificates and the votes shall then be counted;
