No one is above the law…….but it sure pays to have connections to get a pardon. I’m glad Biden pardoned his son! Who wouldn’t?

Susan Rosenberg, a celebrated leftist radical in 2024 who tried to BLOW UP the Capitol in 1984, got a pardon from the Clintons.

This is just setting table for Trump’s pardon of the J6 rioters and vandals.

Presidents can pardon anyone, even family members. The purpose of the Presidential Pardon is to instill another check on the power of the Judicial Branch, which theoretically will be paid for in votes at the next election. Of course libtards don't realize that if you blanket pardon everyone in your administration for any and all future crimes, rule of law becomes meaningless. The Constitution was written for men who knew how to exercise judgement and restraint, which Joe Biden does not have.

The answer to the OP's question depends on who's president. Trump supporters would agree that his kid should be pardoned for anything. Biden's supporters would agree that his kid should be pardoned for anything. But both would oppose the other.

If one side(cult) does it the other side cries foul and vice versa. It's why I have zero respect for both. Less than zero. It's wrong when BOTH sides do it.

Trump pardoned his son-in-law's father.

So, yes.

And now he's making Charles Kushner the next US ambassador to France.

Bill Clinton pardoned his brother.

Did Charles Kushner serve his sentence and pay his fines, yes or no?

When the Constitutions are ratified, of course. The "how" is the language incorporated into the Constitutions (State and Federal)
You're referring to the U.S. Constitution? Because "we" had no say so in any of that, not just because of our status but also because we were not a part of "we the People".

Now that Hunter has been pardoned...he can't plead the 5th when called to testify against Joe Biden. :muahaha:

Well, good luck with your Constitutional Amendment, or your emigration, whichever you prefer... :icon_rolleyes:

They investigated eric and don Jr. to death! They both spent hundreds of hours giving testimony and being questioned.

Even tiffany had all her bank records and debit cards audited.

Have you ever tried to read?
They should not have been breaking the law...
