No he wasn’t. He was trying to get a very odd election to be investigated. Five swing states….Trump in the lead in all five….all five call “halt”! at midnight….all five resume the count with Biden in the lead, after truckloads of ballots arrive in the middle of the night with 95% marked for Biden.

Beyond coincidence. That was obviously the Plan B in case Trump was winning at 10 pm.
