This is just the primary (Talarico is a D too, he's a Texas representative), and Crockett has to win it, if she wants John Cornyn's Senate seat.

Looks like Texas has a horse race, to decide and less than a month and a half to decide it, and that is just to see which will face incumbent Sen. John Cornyn or Ken Paxton in the General, come November. I don't live in that state, so don't actually care.

Do, you vote for Cornyn to secure his win in the Primary to possibly face her later? Or do you vote for Talarico to help knock her out at the Primary level, thinking she has a national voice that may sway Texas voters before the Primary?

What is the deal with Ken Paxton, the Attorney General? You do not mention him. Why do you favor Cornyn over Paxton? Is it the Bribery and impeachment or is this overblown in the national news, outside Texas?
