I never claimed anyone was charged with attempted murder. They should have been.
As much as I disagree with ICE's current procedures, rioters using rocks and bricks should be arrested and charged as well.

No. We have militarized our law enforcement. If they can't withstand thrown rocks without responding with deadly force, then we need to reevaluate what we are doing.

Launching a flagpole like a spear towards a group of police guarding an entryway, to me is attempted murder. But if you want to justify pardoning him, that's on you.
