Ummmmm

It's been stolen constantly(by their own people)....abused...sold in makeshift markets and standard markets.

Also stopped before it comes in, filled with munitions hidden inside, and then shipped in.

They ripped up their own functioning water lines just to make RPGs and pipe bombs. Then complain they have no water.

They destroyed their own international Airport WE PAID FOR because they were in a firefight amongst themselves.

My pity only extends so far. I have none left.
