Should Clinton keep running if indicted

her very first response to that question was absolutely ridiculous

she said she didnt want to have to use two phones

as the reason for a private server

--LOL

After a week’s worth of silence, Hillary Clinton on Tuesday finally offered an explanation for why she opted to use a private email address to do government business while secretary of state. It wasn’t a good one. She says she made the decision simply because she didn’t want to carry around two phones.

Hillary Didn’t Want to Deal with Two Phones, But Had an iPad and an iPad Mini

The REAL truth, is she wanted to be immune from FOIA requests.

This article is written by a Democratic bureaucratic elite, that KNOWS all of this, and STILL plans on voting for her! That should tell you a little about how the Deep State works. :lmao:

Hillary’s Email Defense Is Laughable
I should know—I ran FOIA for the U.S. government.

Because when he loses the Trump University scam it becomes enough to impeach him.
Tell, me, how many folks do you think were screwed over in the Trump University scam?

I don't know, does it matter? I'm pretty sure that even one would be shameful and beneath Donald Trump.

Sure it matters, if you had ever taken a class on reason and logic.

Let's say Trump screwed over, mmmm, 5000 folks. That makes him a big time con man, a felon maybe?

Who knows? But let us compare the severity of the criminality. I think what he did was, well, small potatoes. Do you think he would screw over the whole nation to get rich? Well, maybe he would. But with the Clinton's? Well, we ALREADY KNOW.

Now, in the Uranium One deal, with Ms. Clinton's position, she helped clear the way for the sale of mineral rights to the Russians, US mineral rights, with her position as SoS.

Cash Flowed to Clinton Foundation Amid Russian Uranium Deal
http://www.nytimes.com/2015/04/24/u...ssed-for-control-of-uranium-company.html?_r=0
Beyond mines in Kazakhstan that are among the most lucrative in the world, the sale gave the Russians control of one-fifth of all uranium production capacity in the United States. Since uranium is considered a strategic asset, with implications for national security, the deal had to be approved by a committee composed of representatives from a number of United States government agencies. Among the agencies that eventually signed off was the State Department, then headed by Mr. Clinton’s wife, Hillary Rodham Clinton.

As the Russians gradually assumed control of Uranium One in three separate transactions from 2009 to 2013, Canadian records show, a flow of cash made its way to the Clinton Foundation. Uranium One’s chairman used his family foundation to make four donations totaling $2.35 million. Those contributions were not publicly disclosed by the Clintons, despite an agreement Mrs. Clinton had struck with the Obama White House to publicly identify all donors. Other people with ties to the company made donations as well.

And shortly after the Russians announced their intention to acquire a majority stake in Uranium One, Mr. Clinton received $500,000 for a Moscow speech from a Russian investment bank with links to the Kremlin that was promoting Uranium One stock.

This in turn enriched the Clinton foundation.

So, we compare a thousands screwed over by big time con man Trump, or hundreds of millions of her country men and women screwed over by, what ostensible comes down to, A TRAITOR, in Hillary Clinton.

So you tell me, who is the more corrupt and evil? It really doesn't take a genius to figure out who has harmed more folks and put the nation at greater risk.

A couple thousands vs. hundreds of millions.
Without verifiable evidence and charges it amounts to nothing. This is the kind of stuff that if it has roots, people will dig and so far nothing has been shown to indicate wrongdoing. Repeating it though does raise doubts in people's heads and they get confused over the issue which is what Republicans want to accomplish.
You're hopeless.

What is verifiable evidence? A photo of the Russians handing Bill a check?

A confession?

:lmao:
Laugh your ass off. If the law isn't interested then neither am I.

Democrats did not start Watergate that was Nixon and Nixon alone. Arranging a burglary has to be pretty low on the presidential scale of doing scummy things.

Your ignorance is duly noted.

President Nixon knew nothing of the break-in, he was involved in the cover-up.

Please note the similarity with former President Bill Clinton and currently, Hillary Clinton.

No one was convicted in Watergate either, douche bag. Liberals wrote those history books, which is why they are mostly bullshit. Using the IRS to persecute American citizens is a felony. Anyone who claims Obama isn't guilty only proves that he's a douche bag. The IG vindicated no one.

The final toll included:
  • one presidential resignation
  • one vice-presidential resignation – although Agnew’s crimes were unrelated to Watergate
  • 40 government officials indicted or jailed
  • H.R. Haldeman and John Erlichman (White House staff), resigned 30 April 1973, subsequently jailed
  • John Dean (White House legal counsel), sacked 30 April 1973, subsequently jailed
  • John Mitchell, Attorney-General and Chairman of the Committee to Re-elect the President (CREEP), jailed
  • Howard Hunt and G. Gordon Liddy (ex-White House staff), planned the Watergate break-in, both jailed
  • Charles Colson, special counsel to the President, jailed
  • James McCord (Security Director of CREEP), jailed

I have a photo of myself and G. Gordon Liddy taken some years ago when he gave a speech at one of our conventions.

The Watergate break in was a criminal enterprise against the Democratic National Committee. It already lives in history books for what it was. Obama and Clinton have never been charged for a crime and the IRS event was vindicated by an IG investigation and Republicans spent$70 million trying to convict Bill Clinton for something but couldn't stop shooting blanks.

You have a very interesting "history" book.

Regarding the Kenneth Starr investigation and surrounding Clinton affairs. Pun intnded.

What I find amazing is that Whitewater and its smaller investigations Filegate, travelgate, Rose Law firm billing records, pay to play, renting Lincoln bedroom, pardongate, and Benghazi, which spent another $20 million on top of the $70 million spent on Whitewater all came up with pretty much nothing. Oh, there were a few convictions, but The Clintons remained chargeless for lack of evidence.

So I don't know what you think you have but the records say you got nothing.

"Should Clinton keep running if indicted"

This is what makes USMB so entertaining: the stupidity of its rightwing members.

And their desperation is just as amusing as their stupidity.

Since 71% of hillary supporters would support her even if indicted then why not. She should be president from a jail cell.

No but she will, she would mail out mailers from her jail cell if she thought she had a chance...

and... Debbie blabbermouth Schultz will pave the way...BBBBUUUUUUAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

We have already had revelations from the Inspector General's report that proves she again, lied when she said she was given permission to use a private server. The State Department said 1) she never asked and 2) if she had asked she would have been denied.

At the same time, the IG found that when asked about the private server, she told colleagues to "Never Speak of that server again!!"

This information should be making her consider stepping down if she was smart. But then she and Bill could not make millions of dollars more. Just how much does that witch need?
Jackson I found the emails! I was looking in the wrong spot but a video gave me a better clue where to search and they were there.

Because when he loses the Trump University scam it becomes enough to impeach him.

You really should learn the difference between a civil and criminal trial.

For instance, former President Bill Clinton was guilty of felony perjury.

Wrong.

The infamous "Starr Report" outlining the findings of the Independent Counsel's investigation was delivered to the House of Representatives on Sept. 9, 1998, and subsequently made available to the public. Many felt the report, filled with lurid details of Clinton's sexual encounters with Lewinsky, to be a political attack against the President rather than a legal justification for his impeachment. Of the 11 possible grounds for impeachment cited by Starr, four were eventually approved by the House Judiciary Committee: grand jury perjury, civil suit perjury, obstruction of justice, and abuse of power.

On December 19, following much debate over the constitutionality of the proceedings and whether or not Clinton could be punished by censure rather than impeachment, the House of Representatives held its historic vote. Clinton was impeached on two counts, grand jury perjury (228–206) and obstruction of justice (221–212), with the votes split along party lines. The Senate Republicans, however, were unable to gather enough support to achieve the two-thirds majority required for his conviction. On Feb. 12, 1999, the Senate acquitted President Clinton on both counts. The perjury charge failed by a vote of 55–45, with 10 Republicans voting against impeachment along with all 45 Democrats. The obstruction of justice vote was 50–50, with 5 Republicans breaking ranks to vote against impeachment.

Impeachment History

The day before leaving office, Clinton agreed to a five year suspension of his Arkansas law license as part of an agreement with the independent counsel to end the investigation. Based on this suspension, Clinton was also automatically suspended from the United States Supreme Court bar, from which he chose to resign. Clinton's resignation was mostly symbolic and will have little practical effect. He has never practiced before the Supreme Court and was not expected to in the future. Clinton also was assessed a $90,000 fine by federal judge Susan Webber Wright for contempt of court. The Paula Jones lawsuit was settled out of court for $850,000.

Bill Clinton - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Clinton agreed to this suspension on the condition that Whitewater prosecutors wouldn't pursue criminal charges for "evasive and misleading answers" Clinton gave under oath about his relations with White House intern Monica Lewinsky.

In April 1999 Judge Susan Webber Wright found Clinton in civil contempt of court for misleading testimony in the Jones case but did not press for any criminal charge. Rather than undergo a review by the Arkansas Supreme Court, Clinton voluntarily surrendered his Arkansas law license.

Whitewater controversy - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I supplied this last tidbit because you might have otherwise wondered if there was a criminal conviction associated with the $90,000 fine. There was not.

The 5 year suspension of his law license ended in 2005.
