Having a personal server over which you keep and send classified info is tantamount to her carrying paper files with classified info out of the State Department and to her home. Of course, on the way home she stops at Starbucks or Chipotle, dropping file contents out on a table for anyone to see and then loses half the file contents in the parking lot. Notwithstanding such reckless conduct this is still more secure than what she actually did. However, if she had done this and people found out they would be outraged. So, why are people not outraged at what Hillary actually did?

2. They don't understand the significance of her conducting official business, including the transfer of incredibly sensitive and secret information, over her personal server. What she did was TAKE PERSONAL CUSTODY OF SENSITIVE AND CLASSIFIED INFO and did with it as she pleased.

The criminal statute provides criminal liability not just for intentional security breaches but also breaches that result from reckless conduct. With this standard I see absolutely no reason not to indict, except for politics (which should never come into play on something like this).

Clearly she violated the pertinent criminal statute. Yet she stands on the precipice of holding the single most powerful position in the world. Nobody so close to indictment should ever be allowed to be this close to such power.

She attempts to mislead people by saying prior Secretaries also had personal emails that they used while in that position. However, none of the prior Secretaries transferred classified data over a personal server. In essence, she took classified info out of the exclusive custody of the State Department and kept, or "shared", it in her own personal custody with absolutely no oversight, no authorization, and in a manner completely inconsistent with protocol. She had NO BUSINESS allowing this info to go outside of the security protocols by allowing it to end up on her personal server. This subjected it to compromise. In fact, that Guccifer prick did, in fact, hack her personal server.

What Hillary did was at the very least reckless and is evidence of her lack of fitness for office. Further, it was many times worse than anything General Patreous did, and he had to face criminal sanction. Then to really pour salt in the wounds she created on the nation, she destroyed emails rather than turn them over to the IG, thereby putting her own selfish motives over our national security interests.

It is absolutely despicable that someone in the position of Secretary of State would betray her nation like this, for her own self motives. Hillary is a despicable human being.

I had been searching for those emails for a long time. When I listened to that one video it gave me a great clue. I was searching in the right place but the wrong time frame.

The video said published by Russian papers March of 2013. So I went back and started looking again. Nobody here has published those emails because they did not know where to find them. I wrote hard and fast and DID screw up. But I got the emails.
