Yes, and Obamacare does not provide them, it is merely the rules that must be followed by those that do.
Someone might have Blue Cross/Blue Shield plan or Humana plan....but nobody has a "Obamacare" plan because such a thing does not exist.

No, it does not. BC/BH, Humana and many others provide healthcare plans for people to select. All the ACA does is provide the rules for said plans
