Um. Nope. In fact, no one even talked about making them for deployment until the 1980's, and then realized it was a terrible idea when the Europeans objected to being the place where they might be used.

Uh, no there weren't. The US never deployed a fucntioning "neutron" weapon. They developed tactical nukes with dial down options, but those were still nuclear bombs.
