This happened around here a few years ago at a bar, a FedEx driver went into a bar that was some kind of class reunion get together and his ex-wife was there with her boyfriend, and he walked up and killed both of them. Then he tried to shoot himself in the head and the bullet just glanced off his nugget, guess he was too scared, but there was an off-duty FBI agent in the bar at the time too, and he pulled out his firearm and put two in his chest, killing him.
