Not exactly clear but 5 dead, six others with gunshot wounds.
Supposedly a domestic argument between an ex-cop and his wife and he shot her dead. He's dead also.

Story is evolving.

Was there any property damage to the Cooks Corner Bar structure?

The criminals were arrested and the good guys with guns prevailed. Okay, fine.

The release of news on this has been sketchy. Now the reporting says the retired Ventura PD sergeant shot his ex-wife in the face and she's still alive.

From the Father of the ex-wife:

“I’m extremely relieved, what I heard was the worst.”

Mosby said his daughter had gone through a divorce with her ex-husband, who was ex-law enforcement from where the couple once lived in the Camarillo area
“He was a crazy husband, who couldn’t deal with the divorce.”
