I asked a Muslim friend about the US making Sharia Law the law of the land. He said he didn't care either way since his family already lived by it. He wouldn't cut off anyone's hand any more than a Christian or Jew would stone an adulterer. They vow to take over the West.
Godless liberals support them over America.
This is your future if you support the invasion
Islam - like Judaism - is about rule keeping. Christianity is about loving God for who God is, not because of what God can do for us or to us.I asked a Muslim friend about the US making Sharia Law the law of the land. Not sure about Islam but as for Judaism, there was no hell, that was a Christian invention.Islam - like Judaism - is about rule keeping. Christianity is about loving God for who God is, not because of what God can do for us or to us.
People like to argue - incorrectly I might add - that Christianity is based upon fear. It's not. Christianity is based upon love. Judaism and Islam are based upon fear (i.e. rule keeping).

But you believe heaven exists, right? You said as much when you claimed that all were equal in heaven as all were gods in heaven.all three trilateral desert religions are identical for their repressive bibles having the same preamble insinuating a heavenly mandate that has never existed and their phony prophets pandering to their corrupt congregations without a single witness for any of their claims ...
You seem to be arguing that God's judgement exceeds His mercy. That is not supported by the Bible. It shows the opposite, that God's mercy triumphs over judgement. Not sure about Islam but as for Judaism, there was no hell, that was a Christian invention.
Rule keeping? Not the liturgical expression so much any more, but the evangelical and fundamental traditions are waaaay into rule keeping.Islam - like Judaism - is about rule keeping. Christianity is about loving God for who God is, not because of what God can do for us or to us.

Jesus taught that it isn't about rule keeping. That true righteousness is about a transformed heart, love for God, and love for neighbors, rather than merely keeping external rules. He fulfilled the law by focusing on intent over action—teaching that inner attitudes like hatred or lust are as sinful as actions, while emphasizing mercy over rigid legalism. In the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus declared that inner thoughts (hatred, lust) are equivalent to acts (murder, adultery) in God's eyes. He pushed beyond mere conformity to a list of rules to demand true righteousness. Jesus defied religious leaders by healing on the Sabbath and allowing his disciples to pick grain on the Sabbath, declaring that the Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath. Jesus summarized all laws as loving God wholeheartedly and loving one's neighbor as oneself. He argued that following these two principles is the essence of true obedience. He frequently broke with the traditions of the Pharisees, such as ceremonial hand-washing, arguing that what truly defiles a person comes from the heart, not from unwashed hands. Jesus taught that followers should keep his commands out of love for him, rather than keeping rules to gain merit or out of a sense of legal obligation.Rule keeping? Sinners.Who doesn't like accountability?
Right. Most people. But we sure do love it when others have to be accountable to us.Sinners.
Not all the time. You seem to be arguing that God's judgement exceeds His mercy. That is not supported by the Bible. It shows the opposite, that God's mercy triumphs over judgement.
To me, mercy means not punishing the innocent for the sins of others. Examples include... the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah, the killings by Joshua after the Exodus, and the plague that killed 70,000 because David took a census. The Bible presents God as possessing both mercy and punitive (judgmental) attributes, often describing them as working together rather than in opposition. Although the Old Testament is often associated with God's punishment, it mentions God's mercy over four times as much as the New Testament.
The Bible describes God as "merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy". Examples of mercy include... Holding back judgment to allow time for change, as in the case of the Amalekites. Forgiving Israel throughout its history. Jesus paying the debt of sin for humanity.
The same passage that calls God merciful also states that He "does not let the guilty go unpunished". Examples include... Punishing wicked nations, such as the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah. Punishing Israel, such as the Babylonian captivity, as a form of "loving correction" rather than purely vengeful wrath.
Tell that to the babies of Jericho. The Bible notes that punishing the wicked is a "strange act" and that God takes no pleasure in it. God's punitive side is a result of His justice, while His mercy is shown through sparing people from the punishment they deserve.
Many theologians interpret these punitive actions as redemptive, disciplinary, or a way to halt injustice. Ultimately, the Bible argues that mercy triumphs over judgment.
How is it not so?Not all the time.
The mercy we are talking about is the final judgement of God. Not embellishments to teach lessons about the covenant, obedience, justice and their relationship with God. When you look at scripture which includes these embellishments, you aren't looking at the total picture. Google AI did. If it were as you say, then google AI wouldn't have concluded that ACCORDING TO THE BIBLE God's mercy exceeds his judgements. To me, mercy means not punishing the innocent for the sins of others. Tell that to the Jews who did the deed and recorded that God was on their side, just like every agent of war has done and will continue to do. No one at war believes God isn't on their side.Tell that to the babies of Jericho.
If you really believe AI 'concluded' something you're naïve but I do like how you know which bible stories are embellishments and which are historical fact. The mercy we are talking about is the final judgement of God. So the Jews engaged in a multi-generational conspiracy?Tell that to the Jews who did the deed and recorded that God was on their side, just like every agent of war has done and will continue to do. No one at war believes God isn't on their side.
AI is great at finding patterns in large amounts of data. You love AI. You even told me so. The point remains. You are biased. AI isn't. You cherry pick what supports your position. AI examines everything with no bias. AI is a credible witness. You are not.If you really believe AI 'concluded' something you're naïve but I do like how you know which bible stories are embellishments and which are historical fact.
No. They recorded historical events and spun it believing God was on their side. It's hilarious to see you ignore the historical events of the NT because you don't accept the supernatural but accept the supernatural in the OT when it makes God look bad. I'm beginning to think you may hate God.So the Jews engaged in a multi-generational conspiracy?
That argument can be spun for the Christians, for the Catholics in your case.AI is great at finding patterns in large amounts of data. You love AI. You even told me so. The point remains. You cherry pick what supports your position. If it is good, God did it, if it is bad, man did it. If it is good, it is historical, if it is bad, it is an embellishment and not a historical fact.No. They recorded historical events and spun it believing God was on their side.
