Serious question, why would the E.U suggest that a simple interview with a presidential candidate required a threat to Musk?

I just have to be honest, this is more and more a clear fight for Western civilization. How did this happen?..They are outraged that he is interviewing the former president of the U.S who might be president again..What is their issue?
They wish to destroy civilization.

What do you call "civilisation"? ¿The USA? A nation where no one feels safe without an AR-15 - except Donald Trump?
No, a place where people can live their lives in comfort, without government intrusion.

You have no room to talk Mr. "I'm descended from mass murderers"

A place without "government" - without law and order - is anarchy. Anarchy is the Darwinian "survival of the fittest" - what means everyone has to die who is not "the fittest". What you say here is very near to the Nazi-ideology - and no one thinks under the Nazis existed "no government intrusion". It existed a dictatorship and tyranny without real human values.

First, this is clearly the E.U tampering with the U.S elections, they enjoy free handouts from a stretched America clearly. However beyond this obvious interest of theirs, "why"? What could Musk possiboy be violatijg in an interview in America on his platform on an issue in which the E.U has no jurisdiction? Of all that Trump has faced with the lawfare, assassination attempts etc,.this seemed the most blatant and out of left field. It's as if they knew his numbers would be huge (they were) and people might say, "how can a man who gets 100M listeners possibly be unpopular?". The world has turned upside down, truly.
The EU is totally impotent politically, militarily, financially & ethically. The EU is hemorrhaging narcissism as they realize they are no longer a player on the world stage. I imagine that after pres. Trump anchors his 2nd term that the EU will fade into total obscurity as just another 3rd world islamo cesspool.

Yes, the EU is totally impotent structure now and has been. To be more viable, it should learn how to stand on its own feet rather than follow American masters. In some cases the US and EU interests are quite opposite. I hope that Trump (if he ever get to the office) will accelerate this process.

Musk has a record of inciting trouble. The EU see his history of infantile tweets in the UK and want no part of it.
He is involved in legal disputes with the EU so should take care.
This is the danger in having someone unstable run a large corporation.
TRANSLATION: "The eu has no serious first amendment guarantees, nor does it have any desire to tolerate those who act like they do.
Musk or anyone else who think their opinion(s) is/are protected is treading on dangerous grounds here in europe, it is a minefield for those who think they have any rights we do not personally bestow upon them...Not to wax too nostalgic but the guillotine was the perfect device/solution for surgically removing the part of the body that was afflicted with voice"
