Clay Higgins, Representative from Louisiana, explains it to the recently resigned head of Social Security, who will likely be the next head of the DNC:

In short, seniors who call for information are put on endless holds and then dumped to an answering machine, with calls never returned. If they want to come in and talk in person to a federal employee, they can. But they need an appointment, which can only be gotten by calling that same number.

Of course they do not want to let people make in-person appointments. There aren't enough workers that go to work to meet with the public in-person.

This is the guy that signed the contract which he thinks will force Trump to allow social security workers to stay home for five more years. This after attending drinking events with union leaders.

His excuse for wanting employees to stay home: to maintain the current levels of effeciency. Retirees are being hurt by these low levels of effeciency. This is a ridiculous way to treat our seniors.

RIF them then rehire with new conditions of employment.....Yeah, it will take time, but you would not notice the difference since you can't get an appointment in a timely manner anyway.

I have a very strong suspicion that the "contract" between the union and the Federal government is unenforceable, for a number of reasons.

Can ANYONE deny that this is just one of a long list of actions taken by Biden to sabotage the incoming Trump Administration?

Here's a thought: Hunter Biden cannot take the Fifth if he is questioned by DoJ about the senior Biden's influence-peddling operation. If he refuses to testify or lies...again, that would be interesting.
