In October 2021, the State Department said that there were 363 Americans stranded under the Taliban. Did they mention that Trump evacuated all but 2500 troops on Jan 15, 2021? Or that after his loss was announced on Nov. 11th he signed an order for the complete withdrawal or all troop from Afghanistan?
