The Democrats agreed because they know that no deal is perfect or unbreakable.
They'll cheat like they always do, and the only binding part of the deal is how it's binding toward Republicans....who will follow the law regardless.....because the Democrats will use their media to attack any member of the GOP that doesn't follow the law to the letter.
It doesn't matter what the GOP puts in the damned thing because as Ronald Reagan once found out....when he signed an amnesty agreement years ago....Democrats will always figure a way around any law.....because they are inherently dishonest. All Communists and Liberals are.

with that said, it appears there are at least some good things in this bill. Sadly the only way to get some of this stuff done in a dem Govt is to join them as riders.

i expect the tax increase will be overridden by another dem bill
