So you are arguing states should not support rural hospitals? Thats cool I guess. I live in a greater metro with two hospitals within 8 minutes of me (as I realized when the wife broke her wrist), and rural hospitals have no benefit to me.

Since the states have no skin in the rural hospital game, they have no need to do anything and given that the Democrats will allow all government systems to fail at the fed and state level, for the sole intent of discrediting Trump, they have no politcal will to stop it.

Now, to address your nonsense about the "Will of the People".

It is the will of the people to cut billions as per the bill that is under discussion.
