We did not annihilate the native Americans because we so thoroughly decimated them that they had no choice but to live on reservations. Regardless, how long do you think we would allow a reservation to stand unmolested if someone started attacking US towns and cities from within it? Oh, and don't forget, there was no nation existing in the area at the time Israel was founded. We did. We expelled a lot of people from a lot of places to make this country, but we would not accept Native American tribes, for example, launching attacks on US cities from within their reservations. We would annihilate them. It’s an analogy. Israeli settlement policy is not right. How long do you think Mexico would do nothing while the US expels Mexicans from Mexican territory? Why do you think some Mexican groups are trying to "reclaim" major portions of the American Southwest? We fought with Mexico for land too, you know.
Wrong.
The reason we did NOT annihilate the native Americans is because whenever we tried, they retaliated.
Just like the Palestinians, the natives are never the problem.
Haven't you read about the massacres of both native Americans and Palestinians by US and Israeli soldiers?
