Sorry, this really doesn't prove shit. The guy who murdered him was likely well known to him, because otherwise he would have used one of the many guns surrounding his body where he was found.

In order for this to happen, he either had to of been ambushed, or he was comfortable being around the person who killed him.

Yes the head shot would be evidence of such an act. Plus all those weapons found at the crime scene, it wasn't an attempted robbery. Everybody should be a suspect in this crime. Who would gain the most with him out of the way.
